Return/ Exchange Policy

An order is eligible for return within 2-3 working days from delivery.

1. Material / Fabric is not satisfactory.

2. Slight color variations.

3. Size does not fit.

4. Colors have faded after washing.

5. We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used or are not in their

     original packaging.

Return and exchange are only applicable in the following cases:

1. If you received a manufacturer-defective product.

2. If you received a product with the wrong colour or design.

3. Empty box delivered

4. Expired product delivered

Steps for an exchange :

1. Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to

    amsalifecare@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 6362229720 with the order details,

    return reason, unboxing video, and price tag.

2. All of the above are mandatory to accept the return request.

3. Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is

    compulsory.

4. Our customer support team will analyze the return request and approve it within

    1-2 working days.

Once a return is approved, the item must be packed and shipped to the following address:

Once your product reaches our office, our customer support team will inform you via email or WhatsApp. Then, you can exchange it for another product, and we will ship the new product without any charges.

We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India. 

Cancellation Policy/ Refund Policy

1. If you want to cancel your order, a 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount

    paid when refunding.

2. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via UPI ID or the bank account

    used to make the payment.

3. AMSA Shopee has full rights to cancel the order and refund your money anytime         

    due to item unavailability, inappropriate information such as address, contact

    number, name, etc.

4. Refunds are not applicable if you receive a manufacturer's defective product.        

    Exchange is only applicable in these cases.
